The dress itself is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful stitching, a fun sparkly metallic top, and beautiful sparkly tutu tulle fabric that is every five-year-olds dream. My daughter was thrilled and delighted to get to put it on and twirl around looking fancy.The dress is elastic where it needs to be and sturdy where that is better. It's nicely made dress, beautifully designed for a child's tastes.I did not love the headpiece, however. Even on my adult head, the bangs were way too long and sat below my eyes or in my eyes. On my five-year-old, the headpiece fit even more poorly. While the unicorn horn and fancy hair is a cool idea, the bangs really ruin the implementation of it because they are almost impossible to sweep out of your face.If you are willing to trim the bangs to fit perfectly, it just might work for you. The unicorn horn certainly sits well on it.Overall, five stars for the dress and three for the headpiece.
