I like how fast they respond when there is an issue or question that arises with our account management team at JBAgents! It's important for us because it makes managing all of them very easy if something comes up - whether its billing questions about invoices going through incorrectly from time-to.-till payment has been made by clients etc., customer service inquiries (which are usually resolved quickly).

We've had issues before where other companies didn't seem interested until after you were already paying their bill which was frustrating but not so much now since this happens right away!!
