I usually wear size 4 or 6 pants and size 4 fits me in these pants. They have a small fit and are the best pants to stay warm in. Eddie Bauer was difficult to deal with. I returned my first size 6 order and was charged $5.30 for return shipping. Then I ordered both black and gray in size 4 and they sent me both pairs in black. It took about a month to finally get the correct size and pant I ordered. It would be easy after the first pair, but they are really great pants.
