I ordered these bags once before they changed the name They declared the same quality but they did not. The new bags have a better grip than the old version, but the plastic is thinner and they tend to puff up with thick icing. They are great for soft buttercream, cookies or frosting, royal icing or whipped icing. For thick frosting, like flowers, I use a linen bag or Wilton disposable bag and use the double bag method to reduce bloating. In good condition. Even with balloon inflation, I didn't have a single bust. I'm not crazy about the seam either, but using a connector helps with that. Overall they work well for me as a bulking agent for the double bag method.
