I liked the product until it quit working after very little use. It was less than one year old and used less than 6 times. This time when I went out to use it I set it on smoke and the temperature just kept rising. It was well over 300 degrees and still climbing. I turned the unit off and unplugged it hoping to reset things but it didn't help. The temperature climbed steadily to 400 degrees so I turned it off and I had to cook the meat in the oven indoors. I looked for a way to contact the seller but couldn't find anything. Apparently they don't have a warranty and amazon doesn't stand behind them after this much time. I now have to purchase another control panel and will be sure to watch for the warranty. It seems like that it left off most items on amazon?
