My 2 older boys keep losing all the charging cables around the house. All were black, white and gray until recently. So it was a bit difficult to determine who was who. I tricked these cords into believing that my sons wouldn't take pink or purple cord and if they did I could easily identify them. So far my cords have not been lost. I keep purple near my chair, pink in the car, and orange in my work bag. The cables are strong, long and charge quickly for non-original cables.
