Good quality material, soft and big enough but not too big
I bought these hats to keep my hair out of my face when I wash my face in the morning. It is very nicely made and encased in the same material as the outside. It's roomy enough for people with long hair, but not so big that the hat often dangles. If you need a hat/cap for sleeping I think this will be very comfortable as it is soft.
