The printer (HP Envy 5660) is not 5G compatible; This solves the problem.

HP is not updating software or 5G connectivity for some reason. This solves the problem by connecting it directly to the computer. Good price for a long cable and it looks well made. The printer/scanner is now working again. Save us buying a new device that costs over $100 by spending $20. It also means that expensive ink cartridges are not wasted. The connectors fit snugly and took a long time to reach. The perfect solution!
