This is a scam, can't believe you did it, not original

I've had this watch for a month now and suddenly my skin was itchy this morning, I took it off and found rust on it and the paint was coming off and the surface was getting rough and the paint was coming off inside and a little bit outside it was fading like it's a scam I can't believe it I just want my money back.
