If you are in severe pain from external hemorrhoids, I highly recommend this (medicine is what I have). completely gone and I was actually able to function and care for my children after three days with debilitating pain. (I still have to use a donut pillow and rest when possible to reduce irritation.) I don't know if I can name a drop in these reviews, so let me put it this way, I have a brand with Prep and one letter in name (THE strongest option available at the time) and it worked BETTER!
