It is much lighter than a metal bracelet.

The metal inserts in the strap are not attached with real screws and may pop out. The ends don't fit as snugly as the factory bracelet and had to match my old link on the same bracelet instead of the one that came with the bracelet because it was an inch wider. Not just a "shutdown". changes required. (buckle too big)
