Heavily perfumed Pampers Swaddlers disposable nappies

These nappies smell horrible and are causing my baby a rash. Fresh when the package has a strong artificial perfume scent it stays strong all day making everything he wears smell like my clothes. Literally half a day later my child got a rash on his legs from that diaper. The packaging says hypoallergenic, but don't believe it!
