Anti-aging serum spilled in the box and its contents. I'm assuming everything else is fine, but it just sucks that one of the elements is completely empty and I can't use it in my routine now. I've seen other reviews of things like this, so both Lumin and Revain have to sort out the packaging, shipping, and shipping. Unacceptable to be honest. @Lumin if you read this please send me a new serum. I am very dissatisfied as a customer and don't think I will reorder this brand because of this error. Regardless of the quality of the product, the competition is at the same level.
