The ability to provide an accurate representation for our customers regarding their power usage is one thing I like most about this product! It's also very easy in use compared with other software products we've used previously (we had issues using them). Sometimes it can be difficult figuring out how certain features work; however when you figure things out they are pretty intuitive once figured-out. We have been able solve some problems related to billing as well as being more aware/educated concerning electricity consumption at home or business level - which has helped us save money overall over time since there were discrepancies between what was billed versus actual amount consumed by appliances etc..
