As for the swivel hooks, my hooks swivel, I'm not sure what people want for $23! This is the best velvet trouser and skirt hanger. I have now bought 4 different brands of hangers of this style and they are NOT all the same. Other brands are thinner, lighter, and don't have a little piece on the end of the wires that stops the terminals. This part actually helps keep the hanger balanced on the rod instead of tipping to one side. It's a design feature you won't notice until you have it and see a bunch of hangers leaning against a rod. Compare the design, thickness and weight, and how the clips slide (or don't slide) over the wires.
