I love this suitcase

As a teacher, I constantly switch from using my suitcase as a "laptop" with a keyboard to using it as a tablet and screen recording. I like Apple's Magic Keyboard, but I can't turn it into a tablet without removing it from the keyboard as it's not protected by a case. My Apple Pencil was also only attached with a magnet, so it often got lost when put in a pocket. The design and intentions of this case are good, but it needs a few tweaks. I have to press the space fairly hard to make sure it actually inserts a space into the text I'm typing. The trackpad is too finicky. I decided to just leave it, which was disappointing. I really liked that the screen can be rotated and folded, but in "laptop" mode the iPad feels shaky. It is too heavy and the body is not strong enough with the pivoting element. The plastic part that holds the iPad needs some machining. A lot of reviews say the porthole holes don't line up, but I haven't had this problem. However, I agree that it could have had a little more protection in the case that houses the iPad itself. The shape of the plastic needs some work as the shape/design doesn't match. One of the corner pieces around my iPad covers the iPad while the other three just go around the edges. I love that there's room for the Apple Pencil and that it's magnetically secure when I put it in my pocket. I like the backlit keyboard, although there's only one solid color and the rest are mixed rainbow settings. I loved the idea of this case and was really trying to love it, but I'll be back with my Magic Keyboard.
