I received a used product

I received a product that appears to be in good condition. With scratches on both sides. Will be sent back over the weekend. April 22 update. Customer service contacted and offered to issue a full refund leaving the item as compensation for the failed delivery. I requested a brand new product instead of a replacement as I liked the original product (except in used condition). Received a brand new item with no damage, works great! I have to say I'm impressed with the team's efforts to provide the best product and experience. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.
