I have used the iSmile teeth whitening system twice and am very happy with the results so I bought a replacement kit. Based on both rounds of lightening, I recommend experimenting with exposure times. For the first round of whitening I just gave a 10 minute bath for 10 days followed by a remineralizing gel as directed and I was happy with the results. The second round of whitening only lasted 5 days but I increased the exposure time to 15 minutes and there was a noticeable improvement over the 10 minute exposure time. Also, I have found that applying a whitening gel to the teeth with a cotton swab results in better coverage of the teeth. I used the teeth whitening system before bed and avoided all beverages other than water after the teeth whitening was complete. Of course I went about my daily business as usual in the morning. I keep track of the number of applications and the time between bleaching sessions just to be on the safe side. In general the product is wonderful.
