Review on Razor by Paul Rosemark

The ability for multiple users in one project is great! You are able to see who has access or not without having all of them open at once which makes it easier than managing several accounts with different permissions when you have more people involved. I dislike that there isn't as much customization available compared to other tools out their such as JIRA but this may just come down to my lack of experience using another tool like this before so maybe others will find some things they enjoy better about what we use now? We're solving our need to track issues across teams within projects while also ensuring everyone's information stays up to date throughout changes made by any member(s) of those groups.
