FYI - This item comes with a card that offers a free product if you send them proof of a recall. The neck pillow comes with a travel case and an eye mask. I appreciate that the eye mask has cups around the eye area. I've used shellless eye masks and have woken up with blurry eyes from tissue pressure squeezing my eyes (I don't have sunken sockets - you may not have this problem if your nose bridge is much higher). than your eyes). The quality of the mask is pretty poor (it's flimsy and flimsy) but I used it on a trip and it served its purpose. The neck pillow is very soft and supportive but small. This is great as it fits in a very small holdall. I had no trouble putting it back in the carrying case. However, if you're on the larger side, it may not cover your head completely or offer as much support. You can tighten the pillow with the attached rope, which is very useful for adjusting the support. When I put it on fully it is quite stiff and supports my neck. The foam is very soft and soft. The cover has a zipper, so the cover can theoretically be washed. I don't really want to try this as I don't know how difficult it will be to replace the foam. Unlike the picture, there is no white fabric under the outer layer covering the yellow foam. It looks like when I remove the lid all I'm left with is yellow foam.
