Update: The manufacturer emailed me and admitted that some of these cat crates that he personally assembled have the same problem as mine! and he offered to send a replacement but I have a life and I have a cat that couldn't wait days or weeks so I bought a satisfactory box from Petco. I bought a piece of shit at my studio that I paid almost $60 for and Revane says the only way to get a refund is if I return it good the pieces of shit are heavy and I im 4th floor stay. Well that taught me a lesson, I will never order large or heavy items from Revain again because they don't arrive as advertised, are totally defective and in order to get a refund I have to put up with the inconvenience of sending the details back or the Inconvenience of my schedule waiting for it to be increased before I can get a refund. If someone sends something in and it's obviously defective and the manufacturer emails me confirming the defect, the buyer doesn't need to worry about returning it, the only place it should be sent is the junk, so either I caused this the inconvenience of interrupting your schedule to arrange shipping of that $60 box that's flimsy and doesn't hold together. Or I'll throw $60 in the trash, but I'll never order anything bigger than the palm of my hand from Revain again. Because there are too many problems to bring it back
