The back clasp was broken upon receipt and opening the box. This is not the first pair as they are very cute and will not irritate our little ones ears. But they clearly lack quality. The first pair broke after a few months of wearing and was put on and taken off several times, this one came with part removed. I suspect it wasn't snapped in properly. We were hoping it would be a gift. I was unpleasantly surprised that I couldn't replace the product by simply sending it back, but had to send it back and buy it again. So of course I'm wondering if there really is a refund. The seller could not be contacted. Therefore, contact Revain Customer Service for these answers. Anyway, I ordered another pair. Was hoping it was a mistake. just know And oddly enough I still have a pair from my childhood and they never had to be fixed. That should tell us all something.
