The perfect replacement. Better than the original

I love my Samsung line except for one thing: the grips. They tend to break in some way after relatively short use. They break because the inner sleeve on the back of the handle, the part that fits over the burner control rod on the stove, is plastic. Every time you turn the knob all the torque is transferred to this small diameter plastic bushing and being plastic it tends to break. My original pens broke after a few months of use. Samsung is charging $50 to replace ONE stylus. With 6 buttons on the front of the range, replacing them is close to the cost of a brand new range. The first thing I like about these replacement pens is the price. Less than $40 for five of them. The second thing I like about these replacement grips is that they fit tighter than the original grips. They are so tight that at first I thought they were the wrong size. I had a little trouble getting her to sit on the bar. But they are not the right size. It just takes a little more effort to get them to slide over the area control bars. But one day they don't "rock" like the original pens did. This should also reduce breakage. Because the original knobs are so loose that turning these knobs will already rotate the inner sleeve as it engages the control rod, adding to the negative effect of torque. While I didn't describe it well enough to make it clear, the bottom line is that the new knobs fit better and feel more durable than the original ones (and they look exactly the same). And even if they fail just as often as the original pins, the replacement cost is reasonable.
