Review on Pulaski Home Comfort Mid Century Modern Accent Chair - Neutral Chestnut, 25" X 28" X 30.5 by Kevin Vanlaere

Difficult to assemble, but it will.

The price I got on this was great. (MUCH better than the same item on rip off non-returnable unless you PAY, WayFair). It shipped very quick. The fabric has a bit more texture to it than I would have liked, but it is still nice. The seat cushion is mostly wire/spring, accessible underneath and seen when you unzip the bottom fabric to find the assembly hardware. But it does have bounce to it with some cushioning. I'd guess perhaps 1 or 2 inches of foam on top of the springs.Where it gets tricky is in the assembly. People are right, it is a trick. It SEEMS that the holes are not aligned, but they are. When you assemble this, make sure that you DO NOT TIGHTEN any bolts. Put it together loosely at first. Once it is all together, then tighten the bolts. But not one at a time. Tighten them each a few spins, taking turns on each bolt, like a car tire, going around the chair several times Then give them each that last little ooomph to get them tight as can be.WARNING! My leg/arm assemblies were mismarked! The left one was labeled with a sticker as "R" and the right one had a "L" sticker on it. Look at where the arm rest ends and all will be well.

Pros
  • The chair's mid-century modern style evokes a timeless aesthetic that blends perfectly with contemporary trends, making it a stylish addition to any modern home
Cons
  • Could be too heavy to move or rearrange easily
