these are so cute boots. I bought these for my 22 month old daughter to use in photos for her 2 year old birthday. She is currently a size 5. I was afraid the boots would be too small for her so I bought a size up. A six is enough, but definitely too big. I keep her because now she can grow into her and take full advantage of her. I would say they are true to size. They look good and I think they will hold up to regular use. She hasn't worn them yet except to try them on.
