I'm 5ft 4" and 175lbs, I ordered the large and it fits me perfectly! I have broad shoulders but the ribbing on the sleeves didn't feel too tight or pinch my arms and stayed in place all night. The only problem was that the inseam was too long for me, but I have a short torso, that's a normal problem for me! The material is nice and thick but still breathable. I chose to wear shapewear underneath so it's smooth, but it's opaque and thick enough to wear without anything underneath. I loved wearing it to my birthday dinner and will definitely wear it again, can't wait to see how it holds up in the wash.
