Review on Andalou Naturals Hyaluronic DMAE Lift Firming Skin Cream, 1.7 Ounce by Robert Trevino

So this is the only Andalou product from this Age Defying line that I use. I just got out of the postpartum cave where I let my skin go, you know where! Child is 15 months old and I just turned 38, medium olive skin (middle eastern descent), large pores and a few small blackheads on nose and around cheeks. Uneven skin tone, especially in winter. Not pimples, but the occasional pimple, especially if some product is bothering my skin, and irregularity, dullness, and hyperpigmentation (due to some old breakouts along my jawline) are my biggest concerns. But as I'm approaching my 40s, I also think I should tackle my laugh lines and "11" lines (I'm an explorer and I always frown when I'm in deep thought or writing most of the day!) . The problem is that I have VERY sensitive skin and many, many (read: MOST) products I have ever used have irritated me to the point that I have never been able to use moisturizer on my face on a regular basis! With these outbreaks leaving dark marks for months, I have a very hard time trying new products! What a trap-22! So I just started using Andalou's lightening line (except for the BB cream which doesn't work well with my skin). I then apply this moisturizer around the eyes, on 11 wrinkles, on the jawline and around the mouth. I don't really understand Noxema's texture criticism as I've never used Noxema before, but I love this texture! It's not a cream that you just dip your finger in, you definitely need to either apply some pressure or pressure to spread the cream OR run your finger over it with some even pressure to just get a thin layer. If you're worried about soiling the glass, use a clean spatula to scoop some of it out. Dead easy. Then when you apply it to the skin, it just melts away beautifully! No greasing, no tightening, just nice, soft moisture that is perfectly absorbed! I LOVE the texture and the feel! And even better - I've been using it for about a week and NO pimples! This is huge for me! I usually get itchy breakouts within hours of applying moisturizer, so I'm thrilled to have found a natural product that works for me! already less obvious, just from the hydration I think! I will definitely buy this humidifier! Andalou, thank you for making so many great products! (ps: I use it in combination with Acure's AMAZING Brightening Scrub (everyone should have!) every other day and Athena Beauty & Soul Pro Facial Cleanser every other day and night. Then Andalou Brightening Toner and Andalou Brightening Serum. 1 - 2 Andalou Pumpkin Glycol Mask once a week)
