So I bought a Croc the same size as always and it came in great condition, color and everything else. I put it on and it was great until I pulled the heel strap over the top of my foot. suddenly she becomes too small and shoves her toes through the holes in front. Not sure what's wrong but can't use it. I am initiating a refund at the Revain end and coming to find out what I paid $45 for. They only refund me $35! No explanation. This is not shipping related. totally mad!
