If I could, I wouldn't even get stars. Spent a whole day trying to get this to work and find a manual. I manually recorded the data for this procedure and set it up for scanning. I needed a 2D scanner for PDF431 to enter data into fields. The scanner came with no manual and the manufacturer's website didn't even list it as a manual on the download site. Maybe it works like a regular barcode scanner, I don't know, but this thing is junk. Now I'm set to scan data and it's not working. This thing is now costing me thousands during downtime.
