If you sleep on your side but your ear hurts, this pillow is for you. I was very unhappy and this pillow saves my life. It's a soft memory foam that slowly flexes when you lie on it so it conforms to your head for support. There is a hole for your ear so nothing really touches your ear. Very convenient! And the company has great service! They contacted me to make sure I was happy and helped me find the perfect setup for me. They even sent me an extra cover for free! No company has personally contacted me to make sure I'm happy and to explain how to make the product even more comfortable by adding height inserts (which are included for free!).
