If you are young you will have no problem reading these. Older women may need your reading glasses. They are made from plastic and will scratch/gauge semi easily if not treated with some care. I think the pictures will eventually rub off. They are clip on, not pin on so they wrinkle/make a pucker in your uniform a bit when you put them on. Overall, however, for the price I think it is worth it if you get the multi-pack to wear different ones each day or to give as gifts. To pay the price for one, I would not.
