Review on 13-Inch-by-9 Chicago Metallic Professional 🍗 Roast Pan with Non-Stick Rack in Gray by Tim Wilson

I needed a medium to small sized skillet with a grate to roast a chicken wrapped in a hairpin (a term used to describe a chicken moving along of the back is cut, chest at level es ) with vegetables. I found this pan to be perfect for this purpose, especially with the universal handle for easy handling. Easy to hand clean as I usually use aluminum foil to line the bottom of the pan when frying. .I don't use metal utensils in nonstick pans to avoid scratching the coating...recommend...
