Review on 🔒 DonJoy SI Joint Support Belt by Sonny Nevers

My physical therapist helped me determine this based on my lower back pain. I have problems with the Socratic joints as well as several lower vertebrae. I also often have pain all over my body. This belt has made a noticeable difference in my overall pain levels. When I put it on for the first time, I almost cried with joy. The pain I had in my lower back/hips was greatly reduced. I went for a short walk. I used to go home often without a walker. I use a walker to relieve my back pain a bit, but they are needed for other conditions as well. I've also noticed that my posture is better when I wear the belt. Now I can stand long enough to cook dinner. It's been a long time since I could do that. I can't thank the people who developed it for giving me a part of my life back. This strap fits well and is very easy to use. My physical therapist said sitting doesn't help me. I have no idea if that comment was just for my specific situation. I solve it when I get in the car. I get out of the car, strap myself in and drive. I'm not sure if this is specific to me or everyone. I have a large size. I'm 5'8" and of medium build.
