This shoe rack literally saved my life. I used to find shoes EVERYWHERE, always found a shoe and constantly persuaded the kids to put the shoes in the closet, drawers or whatever we were trying to do back then. To be honest, all the other shelves seemed expensive or similar to me. They didn't have enough shoes. Since under bed and over door storage wasn't an option I spent some time researching and finally settled on this one based on the great reviews and ease of construction. My 9 year old helped dad build it and immediately invited his siblings to put on their shoes! He was the one who suggested putting the shoes upstairs instead of in the lobby so it wouldn't look so crowded. I don't know the magic you put into this thing that made my kids want to wear shoes at the end of the day, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.
