I would like to share my experience of using Honeywell climate equipment, namely, the CS10XE climate complex with ionization. The device was used for exactly two weeks. The device worked properly for two weeks, but I would not say that it humidifies the room (50m2) well, the humidity level did not rise above 45%, I checked it with a hygrometer near the device, and in other rooms it was no more than 30%. Two weeks later, the device stopped humidifying due to the failure of the submersible pump. In commercials and on the official website. distributor states that the appliance is operated with plain water. I note that only cold tap water was poured into the tank. There was no talk of any purified or distilled water, which, in principle, played the most important role for me when choosing a moisturizing complex. The device was returned under warranty. A week later, a response was received from the a / center that the case is not guaranteed, because. lime scale was found on the walls inside the appliance. I'm shocked, well, naturally, when using tap water, plaque forms on the walls !, but this does not prevent other devices from working properly. Summary: this device, like the other series of this manufacturer, is probably not adapted to work with ordinary tap water and does not correspond to the declared characteristics, despite the beautiful advertising. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND the purchase of Honeywell climate systems. Laudatory reviews about the device cause great doubt.
