This product is intended for athletes, but I seriously think that it should be recommended to women with hot flashes and even pregnant women. When a woman is pregnant, the body temperature increases slightly, especially in the warm season. I know this from personal experience because both of my pregnancies were in the summer and it was 30 degrees hotter than it really was. If I had seen this product in 2007 both pregnancies would have been cooler. I have hot flashes due to an illness. This product was a real discovery when I suddenly got hot.
