Skip this Velcro. I should have returned it but I missed the window. Now all I have to do is donate it and maybe someone else can use it. It looks very cheap and I didn't feel comfortable using it on a suit I was making for another artist. In the end I bought a Dritz cotton band and I was satisfied.
