I admit I doubted these knee pads would help, but my arthritic knees were so sore I decided to give them an injection. So very glad I did! They are not too thick, not tight enough to impede blood flow in my legs, very stretchy and comfortable, but the best part is that the pain in my knees has decreased significantly! I almost burst into tears from the pain, but lying down I can get up and walk with very little discomfort, I was even comfortable cooking on my feet. I can't believe such a light squeeze can make such a big difference! What a miracle!
