A10 Direct Connect is a good way to avoid the battery headaches that come with wireless, but this device's microphone boom doesn't pick up the user's voice effectively, as if it were coming from the would hear callers on the other end of the line. We bought a few for our office staff and basically nobody uses them. A common complaint among team members is "I can't hear you well." So users have to raise the boom of the microphone to their mouth, some cover the microphone with their hands in hopes of improving the quality of communication.
