I have been using this software for over five years now with no issues at all! The customer support is outstanding as well!! We are able to track our website visitors in real time from any location without having an agent there or needing them physically present.

This has helped us see who's visiting where so we can make changes that will improve their experience when they visit again later. ! It allows me send out emails directly through the program which makes it easy if you need help getting into certain areas of your site after hours (or even during normal business days).
