I have recently started having pain inside and outside of my elbow which at times has caused my fingers to go numb. I heard that a percussion massager can help relax muscles and decided to give it a try. The massage gun arrived in a soft zip case that contained all the attachments in a small pouch. The instructions were easy. I loaded the gun for about five hours until the light on the back of the brick turned green and it was ready to fire. Press and hold the manual power button on the side to turn on/off the device. The digital display will light up, but won't start until you press the second on/off button on the display. I'm assuming this is a security feature, so it won't work if, for example, the digital power button is pressed while it was in your pocket. The display starts at zero and you can use the plus/minus buttons to quickly increase/decrease the speed. Only twenty courses. I found anything between one and nine to relax. Twenty, to put it mildly, irritated. The thing has power. With the flat attachment, I pressed it against my arm as hard as I could while it worked low. I couldn't get the head to stop or even slow down so you could actually sink it deep into your back or hip muscles without sacrificing performance. I was very impressed with it as it runs on battery power only. Speaking of battery life, I've used the massage gun a few times and it's only dropped to 90%. I'm sure it will take several hours. The digital display shows how much battery power is left, which is very convenient. As I mentioned earlier, it comes with a range of different attachments, from the ball shape to the flat head to a softer ball. The flat head made sense to me, especially for the back. The ball head loves to travel. It's covered in some sort of rubber or silicone material that keeps getting stuck in my clothes. The Y head worked well on my arm/elbow as it can work on both sides at once. The weapon feels good in the hand, but is a bit heavy. Sometimes I found it more comfortable holding it on top than by the handle. The only improvement I would make is the body. You can't store the gun with the nozzle installed, so you'll have to remove it every time. Just leave some extra space for placement which would make it more convenient. That minor complaint aside, I would definitely recommend it.
