Good toner for men with acne

My husband has struggled with acne since he was young. Using a tea tree oil facial cleanser helped but didn't completely eliminate the problem. Adding this toner to his routine was a game changer. He still breaks out occasionally, but the cystic acne has been gone for over 15 months. Note: He doesn't use moisturizer, but does wear sunscreen (SPF 50, water-based) daily. The addition of sunscreen was good after using this tonic regularly. Note: My husband is in his late 40s, fair skinned, blond hair, red beard. Stains. Otherwise, I need a more moisturizing toner. This toner doesn't dry out my skin; I just need more moisturizer when the air is dry.
