I ordered 3 chairs, one of each colour. There are several reviews that talk about breaking chairs. I don't understand how, they are built very strong. If you want to attach the back cover, take the screws and washers from the outside and hand-tighten the nuts from the inside. Then sit briefly in a chair and lightly press on the back of the chair. This will pull the nuts into the gap, after which you can easily tighten the bolts to the end using the tool provided. I also found it helpful to ignore the assembly order in the instructions and do the wheels first, then the B-pillar and seat, then the rear brace, and finally the back on the brace. In any case, these are great chairs, for my children. works really well for me and i weigh 210 pounds.
