I have purchased two sets of other glasses from this company. Glasses of whiskey gin (legs). They are wonderful, thin and durable. But these angular coupes are NOTHING like the pictures. The glass is wavy and irregularly shaped, the seams are visible where the glass was blown into the mould, 3 segments. No, the lines are not angles in the crystal, they are simply the edge lines of the shape. An angular look is more alluring than a cleavage or precision. They're light and thin (which is good, I'm careful) and make a nice sound when they ring. I believe, although not tested, that they are dishwasher safe if the other line of products I have purchased is any indication of that. But it just seems like a sloppy and cheap manufacturing process and not worth the price. Of course, this is not a gift. The box is beautiful, the packaging is reliable. But. No!
