The sound is perfect and doesn't drown out other outside noises, which is very convenient when working out in the gym. They handle sweat well and hold up battery life as I typically use them for 2 hours almost every day. I've ridden bikes, lifted weights and run with them and everything has been fine except running with them. I've tried running with the earbuds on several occasions and unfortunately I had to reinsert the earbuds several times as they almost fell out while running. I have several different inner ear tips and I use the tightest ones that are provided and yet they don't seem to stay in my ear. I was really hoping they would work. I recommend for inactive activities. I'm disappointed that I can't run with them because I've specifically read reviews of so many different headphones and was hoping they would be perfect for running. It's a shame.
