Looks nice, the bag is a little darker gray than in the picture. Also, the bag I received doesn't have the white stripe on the side pockets as you see in the picture. He's black, that's okay. This is a really cute bag. I was pleasantly surprised at how durable it seems. Many pockets, like the ones you put your laptop in, are padded. They're soft enough to protect your belongings well, but not so soft that the bag becomes unwieldy. There are two outside pockets where you can store drinks, umbrellas etc. but inside there are two other similar pockets that are insulated. What a great idea. I'm not a big fan of purses; I just don't really use them. But I keep some cute but useful bags. I think this is my new favorite!
