I would have expected this pillow from "Clara Clark" but the brand was Nestl. Just thought it might be one of Clara Clark's products. Also, it was packaged in a sealed pouch with fluffing instructions. To summarize the instructions, shake for a few minutes until fluffy and wait 24-48 hours for it to reach its maximum fluffiness. It's quite comfortable and the size seems perfect for the 3-6 year olds (I bought it for my nephew!). Maybe it's a small quality control issue as the handle was nicked, but it's not a big deal. Don't plan on carrying it around and it won't affect the comfort of the pillow itself. Therefore, it is a very comfortable back support pillow for kids when they are reading a book, playing on their iPad or doing something else for kids. do when they sit still! I have to say it's quite expensive for what it is, but to each their own.
