I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and very light but tough as nails. The soles have great traction and I wear them all the time for hiking. They are breathable and water flows right out, making them perfect for hiking or boat shoes. This is a slight improvement over the last pair I had (which lasted many years btw) as the sole actually has a slight air gap at the toe and heel giving it some springiness and bounce rather than just a solid piece of rubber . They are so comfortable I wear them with my dog all the time. Once you attach the Velcro straps, they are easy to put on and take off. Make sure the size is not too big or too small, they are meant to be snug. The profile also leaves great skeletal tracks in the mud! :D
