Belt Coming in just a few weeks

After reading all the reviews I bought this bag, it's durable and has plenty of room for my laptop, iPad and more. Just one thing, the shoulder strap broke. Looks like scrap metal. This issue is similar to https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R381RQT1HLOLTK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B073W9YX79. If only the seller to match the price with the quality, we depend on the shoulder strap, it is sad that this is a serious problem. I hope the seller will see this and change the belt
