My son flipped when he saw these. They're so cute, they're comfortable, they fold up. Design is adorable. As he's playing through Minecraft, he can't hear anything we're saying. I put on the headphones and as an avid listener of all things loud, the volume was higher than my Bose Quiet Comfort. The volume limiter does not seem to limit the volume on our iPad 7. Of course I can't actually test the decibels out, but I low loud when I hear it. I don't know if this is an issue with any other device but I would not recommend unless you can control the volume on the device.
